To be cynical about it, we will have essentially a near rubber stamp Congress to the Presidency. This is better than what Obama had. There is no 'or not' about what Trump WILL do. If you take a look at the final electoral map, ordinary Americans essentially gave the middle finger to East and West coasts intellectual elites.

The first yr for any new US President and his administration is always a slow going yr. Everything from getting acquainted with allies to learning issues, on going and new, foreign and domestic. So not much will happen in the first yr. The second yr is when Trump and the Congress will begin the serious work of taking apart what Obama did. Trump will deliver.

this highlights how wrong polls can be and i have often stated that polls do not take into account the entire populace but a segment of the populace. No matter how diverse or elaborate a poll can never be called the complete picture but the opinion of 100 or 1000 or 10000 or 100000 from an area or demograph.
