In Indian service, seems some similarities there. Might be wrong.

4 axle?
i guess there are two variants 4 and 6 axles, because for freight u need heavy locos.....




EMD is electro-motive division of General motors, nothing to do with GE(General Electric)

Mate I am aware as my phuphaji was engineer in my native place Varanasi DLW where he used to actually built these locos. However my point was just simple observation in visual similarities with our GE version & EMD version locos.
