.
Lol. That is no reason to close it..."coz some uncle is bored"
Okay Uncle jee

Closed, why? Because all salvos have been fired, no ammo left, lost its juice, kick the bucket and move on. No body is slinging any mud, no entertainment for "uncles," hence close it.

How about switching of your PC/Laptop/Cell phone/ Tablet and stepping outside your fiefdom?
Uncle bored or uncle Majboor?

Yes but he was against democracy when he didn't win ...he wasn't polite nor did he respect our constitution by dividing Pakistan solely coz he couldn't win if East Pakistan existed ....I don't like the one who won but that doesn't mean to break a country
You need to study more.. Sheikh Mujibur Rehman was gone case.. He has entered Agartala conspiracy so establishment was not ready to hand the country over to a traitor. And now it has become open secret that Bangla dundo was a traitor. Now even your hero Narenda Modi has claimed it a few times that we broke Pakistan through mukti bahni.

PPP ZAB is like turd packed in new fancy packaging! wish bhutto bhutto dies a painful death and leave this country alone and people free themselves from zehni ghulami!
ZAB was murdered on April 04, 1979 but things like you are still alive and that's the reason we are in such a mess.

It is mildly amusing to watch some senior members post profanities and accusations highlighting the negative aspects of ZAB while downplaying his accolades.

It is mildly amusing because Pakistan is still fighting to get out of the Bhutto hate syndrome that culminated in his hanging and his legacy lingering on...

The Bhutto syndrome divided the country into pro and anti blocks. The Bhutto Syndrome gifted us the PLAGUES in the form of Sharif Family and Imposters of Bhutto like Bilawaja Bhutto Zardaris.

Irrespective of his political or economic fallacies and human excellence or short falls, there is no denying that ZAB was the leader who gave us the foundation of Nuclear Bomb.

ZAB managed to do that by appointing the right man for the job Dr.AQ Khan, who enriched Uranium, thanks to his know-how, experience and centrifuge designs in his possession, in shortest possible time despite the PAEC wise guys who tried their best to fool Bhutto by planning to make a dirty one for show.

So it was ZAB who gave the good Dr. Qadeer seperate funds and autonomy to work independent of PAEC and appointed Ghulam Ishaq Khan to look after the affairs.

It was Dr. Abdul Qadeer who actually managed to produce enough of the quality and quantity of enriched uranium to make a bomb, while the design of the bomb/ detonating device came from PAEC.

Pakistan in essence was a nuclear bomb capable country after successful cold tests conducted as early as 1982.

Most of our military industrial complexes including HIT, HMC and expansion of POF etc are legacy of Bhutto era. So a large part of our Arms and Ammunition manufacturing base, in addition to Nuclear Bomb, was established at the time of ZAB.

The Negative aspacts of the power hungry ambitious ZAB are just as numerous as his achievements and even beyond, the biggest one in not just failing to stop the fall of Dhaka but even be content with the fall happening so that he could finally rule the West Pakistan where he had the majority of his support.

The current sleaze bag PPP leaders should be shameful that their all mighty ZAB accepted the fall of Dhaka just because he was so eager to wear the Sherwani and become ruler of the remaining Pakistan that he had no shame in gladly wearing that Sherwani over the brutally hacked off Eastern half.

Shame shame shame...Sharam karay Bilawaja Bhutto Maime.

Then comes Bhuttos nationalization policy that all but destroyed remaining Pakistan's thriving private owned businesses and even educational institutions and all but killed the local business community.

His land reforms and drive against the oppressors imperialists/ Wadera culture all but failed because he surrounded himself by the same lot.

History shall judge him by the stark contrast between his catastrophic failures and land mark achievements.

Excellent, we agree on this. I hope you've already read my comments on this thread and I said more less the same. You should also remember that Bhutto was a very leader in OIC and he was among few who made OIC a power to reckon with and 70's oil blockade was one such demonstration when OIC challenged the oppressors. People in Pakistan are ignorant or suffer from amnesia but in Europe 70's oil blockade is still remembered like it happened yesterday and it changed the world....all policies changed since then. All those leaders were killed through conspiracies like King Faisal of KSA, ZAB, Moammar Gaddafi, etc. Later on only minions were allowed to get the thrones / heads of govt.

Gen Zia used media and agencies against ZAB , dark chapter of History of Pakistan.

Read about it in Zaki Yamani's biography.

Although it was actually more of a symbolic threat as the Saudis continued to sell oil in the open market but to even think about such a bargaining tool in the hands of Arabs made the west change its policy.

I think the tools they used to keep the Arabs in check is a double cross still being played out in Syria and the larger region.

Anyway, check out a video that speaks volumes about the caliber of leadership at the helms of power that was subsequently reigned-in and neutralized in favour of the west over the course of time:
