If all parties are asked how to stop the rigging, it can surely be done.

The PPP’s central Punjab President Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo on Tuesday took strong exception to recent postings and transfers of officers by Punjab government and termed it a pre-poll rigging.
“The ruling PML-N has started the process to rig the by-polls by undertaking transfers and postings of officers after announcement of election schedule”, he said while talking to reporters after an Iftar party hosted by PPP’s Punjab Secretary Information Raja Aamir at his residence here.
The PPP leader demanded of the Election Commission to get all the postings made after announcement of election schedule reversed to prove its impartiality.
Citing the transfer of DPO and SP Okara, he said that all such postings made after announcement of election schedule were illegal and must be reversed.
Demanding holding of by-polls under Army’s supervision, Wattoo said that chances of rigging could be minimised if two Army jawans are posted at every polling station close to the sitting place of Presiding Officer. He showed concern over Federal government’s decision to conduct audit of only one Ministry (Commerce and Industry) previously headed by him and Ch Pervaiz Elahi.
Terming it political victimisation, he said that Prime Minister should order audit of all the Federal departments.
