Mushahid hussain has already said that he and his group will support removal of 58 2 b.Nelofar bakhtiar has also formed a forward block of 11 senators.

Lets see will the opposition's strength climb from 42 to 66 on this issue or not.

Even if it is not removed now. Then as Jana said that Qs would support it after removal of Musharraf.

Which I think could be removed by either restoring judiciary and let it decide the eligibility of Mush.

You're so wishing th 2/3rds majority will happen. It's not going to happen. The alliance of parties is going to fall apart soon. Both Zardari and NS are corrupt egotistical goons who won't be able to work together for a period of time. Plus your 2/3rds majority needs to be announced soon, and at the moment it's way off. Even in the National Assembly there's not 2/3rds of the seats (forget about the Senate).

Yes, Mosabja doesn't generally know what he's going on about. It's a single pattern of thinking he has. 13th amendment removed 58 2b. The 17th Amendment instated 58 (3) which gives Musharraf with the blessing of the judiciary, the power to dissolve NA. The only reason Zardari and co want the old judges back in, is because they're willing to favour corrupt parties in such a situation - i think this is proof enough of those judges' corruption.

Do list the corruption charges against the judges.......why did they drop the charges against the CJ if he was so corrupt.
Was it not they tried to accuse him of misuse of govt transport ,using a merc as transport,until it was pointed out the mercedes sent to pick up the cj was sent by shaukat aziz.

As normal your memory serves you short again.....my main complaint about mushy is that he took power by force and is the president without the consent of the people/parliment........
