I find quite distasteful about IK

Politics is a dirty field. Politicians all over and I think you will agree even in UK can and often are "distasteful". But in a world where we often are more disappointed and where there is no "angels" IK in Pakistan's context is the man that deserves a chance.

this is actually going to turn against Imran khan. do you know how? they way zardari got elected because death of banzir Bhutto. this time shehbaz sharif will get elected because of Nawaz sharif and his family. when shehbaz sherif will become prime minister then whole family out of jail and Imran khan will come out with another dharna or will go to mental hospital.
I'm not supporter of any of these parties but thats the truth and mentality of our people. just my 2 cents

If PTi makes govt., and it goes to the point of no return (like NS), people surrounding IK will have the same treatment as they are also corrupt.

Certainly, this is why I am willing to give him a chance. Not that my opinion matters much. I have quite fierce discussions with my friends regarding him on one hand, and NS on the other, and it's a no-brainer for me. I'd pick IK over NS every single time.

I hope he wins, I am tired of watching Bhutto/Sharif/Army musical chairs fiasco going on for the past few decades.

Nawaz Sharif was kicked out because of Panama Leaks not because of Dawn leaks and pro Modi statements. Raheel Sharif and Bajwa saved Maryam Baji twice but courts put her to jail

Agreed. Only national leader who has the b@lls to speak to other leaders/non Pakistani media man to man. Seeing NS waffle on with a piece of note in his hands while sitting like a tamed kitten infront of Obama probably gave me high blood pressure.

I personally think it's to do with the fact that idol worship is deeply rooted in our psychology. We have only swapped inanimate idols with animate ones. Shaksiyat parasti chalti hay yahan, especially in rural and semi rural areas.

Not at all, Imran Khan have many corrupt people in its own ranks. Who own properties abroad but not leaked yet or have brought them in Pakistan where apparently black money being spent in DHA, Bahria etc is perfectly OK.

This isn't even a start but targeted strike by establishment who are real rulers, Imran Khan is just a puppet. All turn coats in rural punjab are joining PTI because of orders from establishment.

Imran said he will change everything with same people under him, really? Do you think they will allow Imran Khan to change their ways? This is parliamentary system, even presidential system doesn't have all that power under 1 men.
