Very few areas where police could actually employ this sort of firepower. Very impressive nonetheless.
Like?
One thing's for certain, that is not the standard POF made AGL.
^From IDEAS 2006.
PA already has Mk 19.
You don't use this sort of thing in urban areas or any areas that don't allow for a bit of range for that matter, it can only be employed over large areas and fields. Even smaller AGL like the M32 aren't those kind of weapons, this is a mounted version. All of these puppies come with a minimum range, for the M32 it's 30m. Only HE rounds for this.
I was once involved in an ambush and even under intense fire, I could not hold back my laughter as I saw a subedar run up to a relatively young havaldar with an RPG-7 tailing enemy movement and shout at his head:
"Ch**t main maar, ch**t main maar rocket saalay ki, ch**t main maar"
Now, whenever I see a sepoy with intense firepower, the words repeat themselves over in my head and I find it hard not to smile to myself, thank you @DESERT FIGHTER for bringing a smile to my face.
On a more professional note, I believe that it is good that the Police is being provided training to use platforms with such extreme firepower but at the same time, we must focus on the core training principles that the Police lack in their training, most cannot handle a weapon properly, fire from their hip and use their weapon on automatic which results in inaccurate fire, waste of ammunition and speaks of poor training.
Bhai what do you think abt the recent CT units being established by KPK,Punjab n Baluchistan*already did)...?
