ASI among 4 dead in DI Khan grenade attack

DERA ISAMAIL KHAN: Four people, including an assistant sub-inspector (ASI), were killed in a hand grenade attack here on Wednesday.

The attack took place on the house of ASI Qaiser Jahan in Dera Ismail Khan.

DIK Hangu and Bannu have constantly been under siege by militants because of these regions proximity to waziristan. Any area bordering Waziristan has been on the hitlist of militants. The solution? Clear that damn Waziristan of all militants and completely crush any militancy.

I believe we need to take some major steps to destroy terrorism utterly. We are bred to look at secularism as an evil and affront to Islam, yet Turkey is doing very well with such a system. Uzbekistan has a 99% literacy rate. I think the only real solution for us is to ensure we stop preaching bigotry if we cannot have a secular system. We need to start with the madrassas and the filth they spit out. Even recently there was a protest declaring the Charlie Hebdo attackers martyrs.

WE need to change our mentality. Allah protects the Quran and Prophets honour. We have no role in it. God has a plan for mankind and we shouldn't kill each other.
