Nawaz Sharif? The guy who is so sick he can’t even come to Pakistan? The guy who reads off of cards and still gets it wrong? He neither devised the strategy of developing a nuclear weaopn Nor did he actually do a thing to complete the projetc. And as anyone with an ounce of education knows he was told about the nuclear tests by the COAS at the time since he was a coward and was actually going to just accept some pennies from Clinton and not test.
