I don't know why would you say this... the question you need to ask why PMLNers are joining PTI, what makes them change their mind? if the likes of JH didn't get what he deserved then it's better off leaving PMLN.

PMLN was way better than PPP, and honestly speaking I was a supporter of it once (a hardcore one) but they blew everything away in the last 4 or so years... since their Noora Kushti with PPP is exposed, their supporters and members were fedup of all this and felt the need to look for an alternate, and hence many are turning to PTI.

And about that vote bank of JH, please Awan don't give premature assumptions, we'll see who gets the vote bank in coming elections.
