Why PTI is following footsteps of PMLN?

They have similar stories, but not the same. NS was fully from a Zia political nursery, then the establishment's blue eyed boy, they did political engineering to bring him in, then they abandoned him with the President dissolving the whole show. Early 90s was the period.

Imran started off as the opposite, outspoken critic, then guys like Shuja Pasha took him under their wing, provided him with an army of lota types of his own and then did political engineering to bring him in. Then they both fell out again and Imran got kicked out, same ending.

Same also applies to the PPP to an extent, ZAB was Ayub's man, and died by Zia's hand, then the PPP became deeply anti-establishment in the decade or so that followed.
