Nai nai JC said everything is fair no matter what happens ;)

If JC said There was MUNAZIM DHANDLI all Hail JC and Judges

Now they said there were Irregularities in the system not MUNAZIL DHANDLI JC is corrupt NS bought the judges

JC was formed to check who planned rigging who steal peoples mandate not for the irregularities.. we all know there were Irregularities in the Elections 2013 that's why PTI should have pushed the Gov for Electoral Reforms not This... PTI had all support even by Qadri as his supporters were there too....

Never said that...Havent reached that level I am still trying figure out how dhandli hui but it is still fair statement

not for the irregularities
Whose gonna fix them? What system is formed for that?

that's why PTI should have pushed the Gov for Electoral Reforms not
And that is what I supported but being afraid to call a spade a spade is the prob with JC...they not only didnt question what is wrong with ECP and its bloody inconsistent statement calling it the most fair election in history of Pakistan nor did they even say ECP be suspended and a new body will be formed made of people on merit not safarish useless people who speak to money!

Unfortunately in places like Gujranwala, its usually people like these who win. Especially after the verdict of JC, more and more people like him are going to get Tickets for the Election.

Big margin: PML-N candidate wins PP-100 by-polls
KAMONKI:
In the by-polls at the Punjab Assembly’s PP-100 constituency, the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Rana Akhtar Ali Khan has won by a big margin.

According to the unofficial results, the PML-N’s Rana Akhtar secured 49,991 votes. His chief rival, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Ehsanullah Virk managed to bag 28,380 votes while Pakistan Peoples Party’s candidate Rana Shahbaz mustered 2,600 votes.

The polling started on Sunday at 8am but was disrupted at many places due to continuous rain. Because of rain, water gathered at a number of polling stations and commuting became difficult. However, at 12noon the weather cleared and a large number of people came out to cast their ballots.

The unconfirmed and unofficial result showed that 78, 371 adult voters, out of a constituency of 162,000 voters. During the polling, the supporters of the PML-N and the PTI clashed a number of times at different places. Due to these clashes polling had to be stopped at certain polling stations.

The PML-N supporters also allegedly broke the windscreen of a number of cars in a convoy of a former MPA and the PTI leader Zulfiqar Bhindar. The polling was held amid tight security and heavy contingents of police were deployed at the polling stations while vehicles of Rangers also kept patrolling the area.

After the announcement of informal result, the PTI supporters gathered for protest against alleged rigging and blocked the GT Road for traffic. However, after the arrival of the riot police, the PTI sympathisers cleared the road.

Talking to media, the PTI candidate later alleged that the PML-N had rigged the elections. He claimed the PML-N workers could not accept their defeat and attacked the PTI’s polling camp to take away their voters’ lists.

He claimed that due to the lack of polling lists, the PTI had to lose around 20,000 votes. “The PML-N has always rigged elections in the past,” he added. PML-N candidate Rana Akhtar, however, said that women workers of the PTI hid the lists.

Pti votes increase by 100 % in bi election in polls while pmln has both federal and provincial government. Police and local administration is supporting pmln. While pmln lost 6 % of its vote bank .

This is the ability of Ch Serwer, what you were talking about so highly.
In Punjab the following preferences prevailed in 2013 elections
1-PML-N's ticket was the strongest one and hence the first choice of all major political heavyweights
2-PTI's ticket was second in line, not because of the performance but because PPP lost her luster almost to entirety.
3-PPP's ticket was available to those who couldn't grab the first two tickets.
So PPP's politicians, after seeing the continued deteriorated situation, had to make a choice. Its simple politics. PML-N with already a hefty number of heavy weights on their side offered little to no room for the PPP candidates. Those who couldn't find a space at National and Provincial assembly and are willing to accept lower offices, are now running for a space in local body setup.
