I vividly recall that I heard similar things in 1999, when NS was despatched. I have a feeling that in future Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shahbaz and Bilawal Bhutto will rule this country, in the fashion of their elders, if this country remains on the map of the world.

Don't worry. Hundreds of land grabbers, including many influential politicians, are roaming free. As for our courts, most of the judges are either weak and impotent or utterly characterless or thoroughly corrupt.

what is a parliamentary leader?
same as the opposition leader?

Each party has head of party and if that head of the party is not member of parliament than the party nominates a person to act as head of the party in the Parliament and to whom all MP for that party answer. That person is called Parliamentary leader.

Real life example of this is from 2013-2018 - for PPP Bilal Zardari was chairman of PPP therefore head of PPP. However as he was not elected to Parliament thus PPP was being led by Kurshid Shah in parliament. Thus Kurshid Shah was called Parliamentary leader.

Opposition leader is a single leader who stands opposite to leader of Parliament being the prime minister. Thus if the opposition bench consists for more than 1 party than their either can jointly nominate one person or Party with highest seats on the opposition bench will be able to elect one person who will than be known as opposition leader.
