PMA l/c 135 after F.Sc 1st year

I've passed Fsc 1 year and exams of 2nd year will be in May 15. Can I apply for PMA lc 135 before 2nd year exams.

Yes, you can. You'll need a hope certificate issued by the head of your institution though.
