This tunnel is incomplete, mian jee inaugrated it 2-3 mnths earlier to get political wieght due to the panama situation..No lane marking, traffic signs, reflectors have been installed...

It looks like a massive and complex project from the pics. And yes, the politicians do do early inaugurations for political benefits. After all, they championed the project and made it work all the way. Its their right.
