I believe marriage to be one of the highest levels of relationship/trust available to both man and woman. Regardless of how a marriage fares, an upright and honest person would never divulge such private matters that this woman has done, to the public. I am sure she has faults too, yet I do not see Imran Khan mentioning them in public.

I cannot read her heart so can't say with certainty, but from where I am sitting, it looks like jealousy.
