I think it is, since support was taken of Article 5.

And, parliamentary proceedings cannot be challenged in court.

Now, the more important question is, what happens to the motion against the speaker? Can that be carried out?

Now I am pretty confident PTI will call elections, since everyone including IK has been calling for elections. But, can elections be called before the motion against the speaker is voted upon? Or if elections are announced, can the speaker be dismissed?

Mate, the speaker actually is a judge constitutionally. He has the status of a judge within the National Assembly.
