I want IK to throw this system under the bus, as long as he is allowed to by the same powers who forgave the Dawn Leaks crime. Another 4 years is a not a must either for my liking, IK is a means to an end as far as I am concerned, to demolish this system and bury this rotten constitution with it.

As for judicial reform, you expect the corrupt parliamentarians and senators to take an axe on their own foot. IK wants the reforms but the children of this rotten constitution do not!

کو یہاں سوہاوہ میں القادر یونیورسٹی کے سنگ بنیاد رکھنے کی تقریب سے خطاب کر رہے تھے۔ اس موقع پر وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار، وفاقی وزراءسمیت عوام کی بڑی تعداد بھی موجود تھی۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہا کہ قیام پاکستان کے پیچھے ایک اسلامی فلاحی ریاست کا نظریہ کارفرما تھا۔ علامہ اقبال نے جو تصور دیا تھا وہ اسلامی فلاحی ریاست، ریاست مدینہ کی طرز پر تھا۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ مشرقی پاکستان نظریے سے ہٹنے کی وجہ سے ہم سے الگ ہوا، اس میں بھارت کی مداخلت سمیت دیگر عوامل بھی تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر ہم ملک کو واپس اس نظریے پر نہ لے آئے جس پر اس کا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا تھا، طاقت کے زور پر ملک کو اکٹھا نہیں رکھا جاسکتا، بلکہ یہ عوام کی وجہ سے متحد رہتا ہے کیونکہ ریاست شہریوں کو انصاف دیتی ہے، انکی ضروریات پوری کرتی ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ ریاست مدینہ کی بنیاد عدل وانصاف پر تھی، وہاں طاقتور سے مال لیکر کمزور پر خرچ کیا جاتا تھا۔ کمزوروں، ضعیفوں، بیواؤں کی ذمہ داری دنیا کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار ریاست مدینہ نے لی تھی، جن اصولوں پر مدینہ کی ریاست وجود میں آئی یورپ اسی عدل وانصاف اور اصولوں پر گامزن ہے۔ مدینہ کی ریاست میں میرٹ اہم جز تھا۔ یہاں اقلیتوں سمیت ہر ایک مساوی حقوق حاصل تھے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ آج فاٹا اور بلوچستان کے بعض علاقوں میں عوام کی حالت زار انتہائی خراب ہے، اندرون سندھ میں 70 فیصد لوگ غربت کی لکیر سے نیچے زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔ ہمارے آباؤاجداد نے پاکستان کے قیام کے وقت جو وعدے کئے تھے یہ وہ ریاست نہیں۔وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ نظریہ سے ہی لیڈر بنتا ہے جب نظریہ ہی نہیں ہوگا تو لیڈر کیسے بنے گا۔ 70 سالوں میں کتنے لیڈر آئے، ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کے بعد ہر لیڈر پاکستان کے عوام کا خیر خواہ بن کے آتا تھا لیکن جاتے ہوئے دنیا بھر میں اسکی جائیدادیں ہوتی تھیں۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ یہ یونیورسٹی اس مقصد کیلئے بنائی گئی ہے کہ نوجوانوں کو پاکستان کے قیام کے مقصد سے آگاہ کیا جائے۔ پاکستان کی بنیاد مدینہ کی اسلامی فلاحی ریاست پر رکھی گئی تھی۔ مدینہ کی ریاست کے وہ کیا اصول تھے اس بارے میں اس یونیورسٹی میں ریسرچ ہوگی۔ کیسے غریب ترین مسلمانوں نے دنیا کی امامت کی اس پر تحقیق ہوگی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ دنیا کے بہترین سائنسدانوں میں سات سو سال تک مسلمان سرفہرست رہے۔ نبی ﷺ نے خصو صیت کے ساتھ تعلیم پر زور دیا۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ تعلیم کے بغیر دنیا میں کوئی معاشرہ آگے نہیں بڑھ سکتا۔ القادر یونیورسٹی میں جدید علوم کیلئے چین سے مدد لیں گے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ سوہاوہ کی یہ جگہ جہاں یونیورسٹی بن رہی ہے اسے ترقی کا بہاؤ کہا جاتا ہے۔ بابا نورالدین نے یہاں 70 سال چلہ کاٹا۔ القادر یونیورسٹی روحانیت کے سپہ سالار عبدالقادر جیلانی سے منصوب ہے۔ یہ اللہ والے صوفی بزرگ تھے۔ انہوں نے اسلام کو زندہ کیا۔ نبیﷺ کی تعلیمات کو پھیلایا۔ سائنس ، روحانیت اور اسلام کا تعلق جوڑا۔ ہر کام اللہ تعالیٰ کی ذات سے ہونے کا یقین اگر انسان کے اندر آ جائے تو اسے ہر قسم کے خوف سے آزاد کر دیتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ القادر یونیورسٹی میں ہم بتائینگے کہ سائنس کیسے اسلام کے ساتھ چلتی ہے۔ روحانیت کو ہم سپر سائنس بنائیں گے۔ برصغیر اور دیگر علاقوں میں اسلام کا پیغام لے کر آنے والے بڑے بڑے صوفیا کرام پر تحقیق کیلئے کوئی ادارہ موجود نہیں تھا، یہ کام القادر یونیورسٹی کریگی۔ یورپ اور امریکا میں روحانیت پر ریسرچ کے ادارے قائم ہیں تاہم مسلمان ممالک میں ایسے ادارے نہیں۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ برا بھلا کہنے والوں کو القادر یونیورسٹی سے تحقیق کی بنیاد پر جواب دیا جاسکے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 9/11 کے بعد کس طرح اسلام کی بے حرمتی کی گئی،اسکا کوئی جواب دینے والا نہیں تھا۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ اس یونیورسٹی سے فارغ التحصیل طالب علم لیڈر بنیں گے۔ اس یونیورسٹی کے ریسرچ پیپر ڈویلپ کرینگے۔ نظریہ اور مدینہ کی ریاست کے بارے میں اسکولوں کے طالب علموں کو پڑھائینگے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ دین کو زبردستی کسی زندگی میں نہیں لایا جاسکتا تاہم انہیں نظریہ سے آگاہ تو کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ مغربی کلچر نوجوانوں پر حاوی ہو چکا ہے۔ موبائل فون کی وجہ سے بڑا مشکل وقت ہے۔ ہم نے اس کا مقابلہ کرنا ہے۔ جب تک انہیں نظریے سے آگاہ نہیں کرینگے بہتری نہیں آسکتی۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ علامہ اقبال دین، قرآن کے ساتھ ساتھ مغربی فلسفہ کو سمجھتے تھے۔ ان کا فلسفہ آج تک مسلمانوں کیلئے ترو تازہ ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ القادر یونیورسٹی میں 35 فیصد ہونہار بچوں کو اسکالر شپس دی جائیں گی جبکہ
بقیہ 65 فیصد پیسے دے کر تعلیم حاصل کرینگے۔ مستقبل کے بڑے بڑے لیڈر یہاں سے نکلیں گے۔

1973 document is no more. It has been mutilated and already most of it dead. That's the reality.

It is understandable that you ancestors were likely involved in the formulation of the 73 constitution. Hence the love affair and bias that the capability is lost like the ancient civilisations.
