SMQ acted like a jerk when he brought this discussion in public. Though other side also resorted to respond in public so none showed maturity but still the first stone was thrown by SMQ and for not a very good reason. He needs to tone done his jealousy and ambitious nature.

BUT Tareen really cant be in parliament than PTI cant criticize why Mariyum or other non office holders are present in parliament?!

However, I agree SMQ shouldnt have blasted out...Decent people would have discussed it behind closed doors

Nope, there was no problem on Maryam Safdar attending some meetings but she was acting like defacto PM and giving orders and her orders being forces by NS and Fawad Hasan Fawad. Furthermore, she was leaking secret or sensitive info to the enemies of the state.
While here JKT attended the meeting on PM's request and he did not preside it or issue orders directly to the staff. So, there's a big difference.

Parliament is not a chai ghar that every tom dick and harry related to those who took oath should attend!

Coz if you didnt take oath why should the state secrets be displayed in front of you?

It was wrong...if it was fine, give him a title and put him on oath! Coz otherwise it may not be similar but it is parallel to Maryam and I didnt like it 1 bit she being in parliament! And yes, she was bossing people around and sadly no one had the balls to protect the state despite taking oath to do so!
