PM facility for full members

MODS i m back on this forum after couple of months but there have been few changes like i use to have PM facility but its no more there

why is it so? full members have the facility of PM atleast those who are here for quite a sometime ,you can't judge anyone form the number of posts because i have been here for 1.5 years but my posts are less then 1000 and i have seen people here who are here for few months still they have reached more then 1000 posts and able to get this PM facility

Yeah i must say i support you on this issue.
Full members with a regular membership status for more than an year( like your) should at least get this facility.

If there is a policy IMHO fresh members should be the ones tested for this.

Why it should be preffered member privilage? What led to this change in rule? Due to few trollers, PM option is facility is disabled?

The MODS have clarified in another thread that this is a temporary move ,which they had to undertake because of some spammers sending spam PM's after registering.( I hope i am right mods?)
