When normal citizens have fewer resources and facilities to access to. Then think about the refugees, It is better if they go back home.

One important factor for denying Muslim refugees is the threat of terrorism. We do not know who could be a potential terrorist. There are 40,000 rohingyas in India. Even if 99.9% are innocent Why should we take the risk of 0.1%. 40 potential terrorists are 40 too many.
