I have completed my Bachelor's in Software Engineering!

After that, I have been doing a job in a Software House at Lahore for about 1 year. But now I want to shift towards a Government Sector.

If you can guide me what are the possible job opportunities? Where should I apply? Which government tests I should appear in? Actually, I want to be related to my field.

Software development? Your best bet at a career is in the private sector. Build up a few years experience, perhaps try freelancing. Govt is a bit archaic in tech and in processes.

Army has a cyber wing. Try asking nearest army selection center.

IT intensive government departments include NADRA and PITB. But you are likely to find system administrator types of jobs there.

If you want to serve the nation, then places like PAC Kamra, AWC, GIDS are IT intensive, but the intake is limited. There was a place in Karachi that was involved in really complex simulation development using C++. The name escapes my mind.
