It is Russia's interest that India keeps buying from them. The 2 biggest customers of Russian arms are China and India.China has started cutting down on buying Russian arms,India is the only one left. As there is no one else in the developing world(the western world does not need Russian arms) with the money and market needed to pay for the only import that Russia is capable of(other than natural resources),I hardly think Russia is in a position to order India around.

There is no one else in the third world who can buy so much...take for ex the PAK-FA,Russia aims to sell 200-250 to India at 100 million a pop.Who else other than China and India among developing nations can buy this much?

This is the second time you have said this, is South Korean not western? What about Greece? How about Malaysia, Cyprus, Kuwait, Mexico, Finland or Indonesia?

There is also possible future Western buyers of Russian military equipment this includes, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

This is rediculous, Russia has arms buyers In South America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Russia isn't the second largest arms exporter by coincidence or because of India alone.
