I guess you might already have an idea of what i am trying to imply here, there is a national disease in Pakistan, for example, i order food from a restaurant, there are separate delivery charges which i pay, and yet the rider in the end says “Sir thora Kharcha Pani”, same case with courier services or some legit service for which you are already paying but people have a bad habit of still asking for free favors
