None. But that is because China in the past could not. Now that China is rising, not so peacefully, and is becoming more militarily aggressive, other Asian countries harbors doubts, especially when China is claiming vast stretches of the immediate sea as sovereign territory. If China can deny a military vessel, from a militarily inferior country, passage, then there is no guarantee that China will not do the same, on whims, to civilian vessels.

You can go right over the place of interest anytime for as long as and as many time as you like without any limitation set by any territorial jurisdiction.

If China disagrees, that means China either do not want freedom of navigation for military vessels thru EEZs, or severely restrict that privilege. If China objects, we can rule out 'Yes'.

China cite US electronic intelligence gathering missions as main, if not only, reason for that disagreement. So if China disagree with the freedom of navigation for military vessels thru EEZs, then the alternatives are either 'No' or 'Conditional'.
