With companies charging large amounts and putting caps on Data usage , it has become impossible for broke's like me to enjoy Games , Movies , Songs .

But in a poor country like ours , how many can afford Games ?
Due to taxes a PS vita game sells twice as much as its selling in US .

Should Government in such conditions regulate Gaming ? or Should we poor be allowed to download these games which will mean either increasing cap or completely removing it ?

DEnuvo is the killer of free gaming. Once someone has dealt with this money minting platform for big companies things may return to normal for us gamers. Movies though and music is fairly easy to find on the internet.
