If anybody ever wonders what I mean by rentier business class of Pakistan that has raped the country this Pink Salt scandal is perfect exposure of that. The Indian's can't be blamed for this. Did they come to Salt Range, steal the salt. Then loaded trucks which drove to India?Thank you imran khan.
Of course not. The salt is being exported to India by Pakistani business people. Whether they transport it to Wagha or to Karachi I am not sure but this was happening on large scale. The question is why did these business people not process it, brand it and then sell it to Europe or USA?
Just not the indians, here I have found the salt under different labels. The Turks, and the local Kuwaiti companies mark it as product of Pakistan. One Turkish company has 2 offerings one is just plain pink salt that is marked as product of Pakistan, the other is a mix of black pepper and salt that is marked as Turkish.
The concerning one was that a dutch company selling the salt, marked it as packed in Noland, and no mention of the country of origin.
i can export it from PakistanGonna start a new shop
i can export it from Pakistan
No longer the case. They can't sell without labelling it as of Pakistani Origin.
I have started seeing Pakistani brands take over the shelves of major retail chains and all those indian thingies have simply disappeared completely.
Not to forget I realized how cheap it was Pakistan, especially now that there were so many local brands selling it there in proper packaging too.
I carried almost 1.5kg with me, because there it was roughly 150 PKR from the best brand, while here it's around 391 PKR for 300g from the normal ones.
if you guys have customers contact meIts a great Idea

Brother I am not talking of times long gone, it was literally last week I saw that pack of pink salt, with no mention of Pakistan. Not talking about an indian company here.
Now they are dying usual salt pink & selling it
Even Indians have to buy it on premium export prices as a Pakistani imported product now.
