Hardly surprising. We have to realize that
A. N is the party in power and more often than not the party in power wins local bodies.

B. Questionsle stuff but N has been performing in Punjab whereas pti has not done much in Punjab constitution where it won in 2013 election and the works in kpk are either not publicized correctly by the media wing nor are they that much cared by Punjab.

C. Pti has witnessed infighting which has hurt it a lot and coupled with the above factors it has been a mess.

D. Voter turn out from middle to elite class is very low in local bodies and I highlighted that before as well that imran should not expect mass victory in a province where he has weak hold while his voter base not coming out in such elections...

E. What I really like to know is why was pti expecting huge wins. It won where it would have won which is kpk they have won some good seats in Punjab which isbin accordance to their provincial and national seats in Punjab ... Should kept moderate realistic expectations...

F. This should be a good jolt for Imran that despite good work in kpk he needs to advertise it and he needs to work in his constitutuents in Punjab and other provinves otherwise he will never be able to break N strength.

E. The grass roots people which are the strength of N see N working and have an image that imran doesn't work but does dharna. This will hurt big time in 2018 ... Imran needs to improve his grass roots politics.
