man those FT-5s look 'old'!!! - we need the JL-9 and the 2-seat JFT!

I think these are F-6's aren't they?

FT-5's..
Best way to differentiate..is the length of the fuselage..short and stubby..as compared to the F-6 which is longer..and has a more oval fuselage shape.

An easier giveaway of the difference between the FT-5 and FT-6 is that FT-5s have their tail fins mounted on the tail itself. Most of the other aircraft have the fins mounted under the tail on the rear of the fuselage itself.

Also F-6 is a single seater. A more apt comparison would be between FT-5 and FT-6 (2 seater)
