Since you brought the concept of ONLY IN INDIA.. remember this man ???

Well you will do everything what we do?
There may be different views in the same country,so you should accept it.but I personally think Ms Roy comments have weight.

Nawab Bugti was a great man who voted for Pakistan in 1947 when many were saying opposite stories in his ears.only wrong in him was his behavior with his area people.The people who killed him should be hanged.

roy has freedom of speech as said in the constitution and Veer Saraf, Ajay Bhat and Vijay Kashkari have the right to file pil again guarenteed by the same constitution...

u cannot just give roy her right and deny these ppl their rights....

now the judiciary will again proceed as per the constitution of india...

Have you forgotten how to read? The article says that Kashmiri Pandits have decided to sue that women for her comments. If she has the right to bark anything she wants , since its a democracy , people have the right to take her to court for hurting their sentiments.
