My Late Mom was a Liar!

An 8 years old kid's mom died and his father married again after some time.

One day, father inquired his child about what difference he feels between his late mother and the new one??

Kid: My late mom was a liar while current one speaks truth.

Dad shockingly asked how?

Kid: Previously when I used to play around and mess things up, my late mom used to warn that she won't give me meal and will keep me hungry as a punishment. But I still used to continue playing around. And later, even though I disobeyed, she used to find me to take me back home and to provide me meal.

But now, when I did the same, my current mom warned me for the same punishment. And eventually, I'm hungry since 2 days now..
