Blackpool House Glamuzina by Paterson Architects

Architect Glamuzina Paterson , New Zealand, completed the design of a cozy apartment situated in a green environment. Covering an area of 81 m2 divided vertically in response to the topography of the site, the south facade is designed as a defensive wall, anchoring the structure to the ground.

The entrance opens onto a bright and airy interior with a double height ceiling and many windows including a large bay window. The tower houses the bedroom, the bathroom and a mezzanine library. The house consists of four levels of internal division and two terraces for varying connections to the landscape with a kitchen and a dining room and a walk-in area in the lower part. The design combines modern minimalism and traditional decor with a practical living space and warm.
