Pakistanis are Greeks on steroids. Greece had a similar problem with extreme loans. At least the Greeks realised their woes after other European nations pushed them hard. Pakistanis perfected the art of corruption. Demand an unlimited amount of loans for sheer corruption.

Case is pending in court. Engine leasing company posted a false claim of 4.5 million USD. The amount due to be paid was 1.8 million which PIA had already paid. Legal team has been sent urgently to resolve the issue. Also prudent to note that PIA owns this plane outright. Only engines are leased.
