PIA has already operated such flights to Jakarta, Frankfurt, Chengdu, Melbourne, Almaty, Baghdad, and Hong Kong.

There are special flights planned for Nairobi, Zurich, Amsterdam, Khartoum, Seoul, and New York. PIA is also planing to operate at least one more special flight to Australia.
