Philippine killing of Taiwanese fisherman is crime against humanity

Since your thread is about the accusation of the highest crime imaginable "crime against humanity," it is completely logical to evaluation your claim, or whomever you quoted in your OP, by comparing it with history's highest order of atrocities. My list is short and there are many more:

-Hitler ethnic cleansing and murder of millions of Jewish people

-Imperial Japan's Rape of Nanking massacre

-Henry Truman knowingly dropped Atomic bomb on Japanese civilians, killing hundreds of thousands

-Stalin's systematic killings of millions of his political opponents

-Mao and the Gang of Four used the Red Guard during PRC's cultural revolution to exterminated ten of millions political opponents

-Pol Pot massacred 2 millions of Cambodian

-African warlords used child soldiers for ethnic wars, killing thousands of children.

All of these crimes have severe magnitudes both in the number of deaths, and the ways extermination were carried out. Compare to those, this tragedy is pretty flimsy. Sometimes, people are so engulfed in glee that they jump the gun. This is one of those times. Your premise is totally ridiculous. The PRC had killed thousand of Vietnamese civilians during the 1979 invasion but I don't start whining that it was "crime against humanity"
Very well said!
