Also previous infection is no good. Guess it's time for new vaccines :woot::devil:

Big Pharma will never make new vaccines.
if you can make more money of it why not.8-)
Just think about the Advertisement our vaccine protect you from Mu variant
on a related news, Brazilian vax is good on Mu Fuzzlu balls
its all depend on which part of the spike protein the vaccine use as antigen
Professor Martin Kulldorff.

"Unlike the short-term protection offered by the vaccines, the protection generated by infection has been shown to be both durable and broad, in spite of junk science claims to the contrary produced by the CDC." -

look at the charts , if you get other variant your antibody also is useless against mu and no its not the case . getting sick don't make you more immune than getting vaccinated

The best way to make more money is making sure as many people as possible are infected. So that's why they won't make any new vax.

These are not in vivo studies.. all were in vitro. Granted tht they are the best estimates we have for predicting the body's response but the human body behaves different and both innate..humoral and cell mediated immunity (esp the later two) may work.
Having said that recent articles have also shown diminishing antibody titer with Pfizer vaccine and if I am not mistaken moderna too (need to verify). However persistent antibody levels have been found post vaccination with Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Point being tht some vaccine may work or a combination of vaccine..I.e. selecting 2 from the 3 different vaccine types (mrna/vector/inactivated) by primary vaccination of one type followed by booster with a second type "may" provide a better protection. Trials have been conducted on a low scale and results have been encouraging. Hopefully either a cocktail regimen will be established or a new vaccine harbouring spike + other viral components will be invented and used in the longer run.
