The govt should be in commanding position not bhaniya mentality of asking for begging to stop the drone strikes? Men even like IK do not have balls to ask coalition forces or lead against coalition. What you unable to control hit back with gunfire likewise? Great militaries that in history failed to over pressure other forces created a 3rd or quad variable to counter attack instead of pleading mercy like beggars of third rate kind including PTI.
ISLAMABAD :

The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday upheld an earlier verdict by the Peshawar High Court (PHC) and dismissed a petition filed to halt US drone strikes in Pakistani territory.

The petition was dismissed by a three-member bench, led by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, which stated that such issues are overseen by the government.
“Innocent people are killed in the drone strikes,” said the petitioner’s lawyer. The chief justice said that the drone strikes have now stopped.

Drone strike sparks Pak-US diplomatic spat
The last suspected US drone strike in Pakistan occurred in December 2017 along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
The apex court further added that the Ministry of Defence and the government can approach the US on the issue as the court can not ask the US to halt such attacks.
The PHC had earlier forwarded the issue to the defence ministry.

A petition had been filed in the SC by Raja Saad Sultan challenging the decision of the PHC for stopping of US-led drone strikes.
It’s official now: TTP chief Mullah Fazlullah killed in US drone strike

A diplomatic row broke out between Islamabad and Washington last year in January, over the a US drone strike in Kurram Agency with both sides publicly rejecting each other’s claims on the actual target.
Reports claimed that the drone targeted a commander from the Haqqani network and his two accomplices in the Kurram Agency. But Pakistan was quick to challenge the reports, insisting that the predator strike actually hit the Afghan refugee camp.
In an unusual move, the US embassy issued a statement, calling Pakistan’s assertion as ‘false’.
That prompted Pakistan to issue a second rebuttal in as many days but this time it came from the army, that gave more insight into the drone strike.

. .
Drone strikes stopped a long time ago so what took this attention seeker so long that that moron filed a petition after the end. Under which rock was he living since 2005?

The core issues is not of attention seeker or filing a case only
but to have central core management of thinking as proper Deen of the country in self defence counter measures to confront enemies sorrunding the nations from all corners.

Than what is the point of making Jf-17s or Burrak drones which not used?????

For the simple reason that this spills into the arena of politics and is not purely a legal matter. The critical question also is [among others] how can a petition or judgement halt drone strikes?

To halt drone strikes is a military and political matter. I mrean how exactly do you stop the drones. Send PAF F-16s and shoot them down? What if USAF then deploys F-22 Raptors. Followed by notice that USAF will begin to shoot PAF F-16s? Do we then end up fighting USAF?

The bottom line is does Pakistan have the military and financial clout to tangle with USA? And if it does why the fcuk did we let USA into Afghanistan back in 2001?

Because the usaf just sent 4 x B-52s to mid east to bomb hell out of particular country which doesn't have a deterrent.
Pakistan needs to be prepared for any misadventure.
For confronted usaf drones the burrak drones can do just fine no need to send paf f-16.

#1 I don't think the U.S. is getting out clearly from Afghanistan .
#2 I think the lazy Pakistan leadership needs wake up call for 90,000 Pakistani killed through pml n leadership of handicap
#3 Their is loop whole this is certainly not political or military issue for Indian strikes that just happened last 2 months.
#4 I think the issue to ignore all warnings specially 2 bomb blasts in Lahore past 48 hours is failure

Even before these questions, why is the title of the thread changed in violation of PDF rules?

Drones are nothing. Even a lucky burst of AK-47 could do the trick. The problem is how would USA react to that?

The government has little writ over day to day running of affairs in Pakistan. It is a mixture of corrupt to core elitist who have found a gullible figurehead to make sure a smoother NRO takes place.

Well in due response a whistle blower committee or something in mind of alerting national interest of patriots should set up in place after 35 years of traitors leadersl (except Gen Musharraf).

where have you been living? Under a rock?
Try and re read your statement, or ask some one around you to do it for you, and try and explain if you find any logic in there?
