Well Pakistan voluntarily asked for and pledged to complete the two-way Torkham-Jalabad road more than 6/7 years ago, but as it is the second line remains in large part incomplete. Either poor execution or shadowed by political issues. In either case the Afghan government was going to do away with it. The time of this news is interesting.

Connectivity and working on economic projects that can foster economic benefits for both countries is the right approach. But the relations between the two countries cannot become normal and rewarding if Pakistan does not clamp down on terrorist and militants that attack us. But my guess is it will have to and it cannot continue and it is already proving to be self-defeating.

Welcome step towards better relations, but looking at the terrain, 80 bln rupees is too less for this project.

Our priorities are seriously messed up! The most important motorway for the country is the Quetta-Multan motorway. It would connect Balochistan to Punjab and would also connect it to the Karachi-Lahore motorway giving Balochistan a much easier access to Lahore and Karachi. Connectivity inside the country is more important!!

There's going to be work started on motorway joining soorab to a city of punjab . Nawaz sharif is going to visit balochistan in this week .

I may be all that but not as stupid to compare a project thats constructed in the most expensive city of Pakistan with a plain road running from most depressed areas going to the world's most depressed country. A road that is elevated almost throughout its length with 24 Bus terminals serving 68 buses include eTicketing system. If you are so f'ing stupid to compare it with a simple highway then you can keep barking just dont try to bite me because some said you never know when a barking dog will stop barking and start biting

go check the cost of Peshawar BRT with your Phutto Tekreek, thats how corruption is done
