Pervez khattak opposes kalabagh dam

@ANTIBODY
wheat of punjab is more costly than grain from australia and provincial governament cant buy it from australia or other country....on the other hand tobacco of KPK is under federal...
And KPK generates most of the electricity yet it has more loadshedding than punjab......aur kitni qurbani detain rahain gey?
KPK is small province. Its south is dry and only peshawer valley has rich agricultural lands...kaun kyun issay saim o tor ka shikar banana chahaiga?

c'mon man.

Don't start arguing like little mai from the village. Who starts beating her chest and shouts at every dog and cat and horse going by.

1. show us that Punjab wheat is XX rupees more expensive with some sort of proof
2. show us that Peshawar get more load shedding than similar sized city in Punjab

Please do not ape altaf mota chor Bhatta khor.

You know how Pakhtuns have suffered in the hands of that mafioso.

Thank you

Our issue is not like sindh, our concerns are genuine....
nowshera and parts of peshawer and mardan would submerge...the lands of peshawer valley would become useless for agriculture...and when flood will come, destructions peshawer valley would be many times greater...unlike sindh and punjab, kpk may flood sey bohat tabahi aati he, paani may tughiani taiz hota hey.

How will the floods destroy Peshawar valley? Peshawar is at high altitude than Nowshehra. The flow of water from different canals and rain-canals etc is toward Nowshera. Never in the history there has been any floods in Peshawar (as far as I know), how the floods in Nowshera would destroy Peshawar considering the direction of flow of water? It defies logic, isn't it? or am I missing something.

lol @PTI fanboys.

First they wanted Kalabagh Dam and now they turned against it just because Khattak doesn't want it. Confused kids :)

Honestly speaking, we never knew what this dam and it's repercussions on Pakistan and it's people as a whole would be. We've got a clear picture now and hence this dam should be dismantled and the plans should be scrapped. And Khattak is the CM of the province and he knows what is good and bad for his people and Pakistan as a whole.

By peshawer valley i mean peshawer division. And dont take peshawer as just a city , it is also a district.
If dam is built most of the fertile land of Peshawar valley will go under water during floods and will almost certainly be plagued by water logging and salinity. The water table would rise sharply and most of the land, agricultural and residential, would become uninhabitable marshland if the dam is built.
The population of peshawer division is approximately 9 millions.

You are writing about KBD as if you are talking about menu at a fancy restaurant you never knew existed. PTI kids are such a disappointment sometimes. Without much of a notion of national issues, how do you expect to make correct decisions?
