If I've got this right, you're a man who is deeply in love and in a committed relationship but sexually frustrated.
I may not be able to right paragraphs of advise on such a serious issue.
The best thing I recommend is some websites
and being faithful to your girlfriend

tell your gf what you think and how you don't see it working? and wants to move on. There is a chance that she might also be feeling 'stuck' in the relationship and don't wanna break up because you're such a nice bf and for the ol' times' sake? Just like you?
