We do care for law, However you should understand the nature of your own people in pakistan, provoking our people like at the airports, by forcing them to pay bribes including guys in military uniform asking barey motey note. At every chance they get the pukka system kicks in to rob oversea paks, and if not received bribes then they will resort to insult oversea paks with verbal abuse.

He can challenge that in the court through a lawyer however after what he did i doubt the judge will take his plea seriously. Depends how good his lawyer can twist the story to save him.

He pays fine and loses driving license. If he has hurt anybody physically, he gives cash to them for medical bills or pays for damages to car or bike.
