India: 154 million doses administered and that is in the ratio of AstraZeneca:Indian vaccine of 90:10
Daily vaccines delivered is 2.3 million average over the last 7 days.
As the AstraZeneca vaccine is highly effective after just one dose and the manufacturer recommeneds the two doses are spaced 12 weeks apart, then we can say that around 10% of Indian population has high protection from severe disease at this time
Pakistan: 2.1 million doses of either mainly Sinopharm or exclusively Sinopharm administered so far.
Daily vaccines delivered is 62,000 thousand average over the last 7 days.
As Chilean real-world data shows that one dose is next to useless in stopping symptons then we can say that around 0.5% of Pakistan's population has high protection from severe disease at this time.
BD: 8.6 million doses administered of AstraZeneca so far.

Problem with BD is that India has blocked exports of AstraZeneca vaccine but the ray of hope is that US wants to make 60 million doses available to mainly 3rd world countries in the latter half of this month. BD has put in a request and it seems reasonable to think that with BD's need for AstraZeneca and population it will get 2-3 million doses from the US at least.
In conclusion, India has vaccinated the most number of vulnerable and per capita is delivering the most doses, BD is at 2nd now but there are worries about AstraZeneca supply as the stockpile runs out in 1-2 weeks, and Pakistan has just started on vaccinating its most vulnerable and really needs to ramp up vaccinations fast.
