Pentagon moves India office out, reduces manpower

Doklam was a turning point in India foreign policy. Before Doklam, Modi thought the Indians could gain a local advantage through overwhelming forward deployment. During Doklam, PLA forward deployed and India realized it was facing an armored thrust from the Western sector that would expel it from Kashmir entirely. So it folded quickly and then focused on stirring up domestic opinion.

India does not really have a direction anymore. Losing the Doklam confrontation had the side effect of losing direct US support. India wants to poke at an economically weakened Pakistan but Pakistan's bold responses at the LAC gave them second thoughts.

Modi just wants to win another election now. Forget about China and Pakistan for now. It would be happy to cool down occupied Kashmir.

We are still waiting for the Chinese road to be built in Doklam... One summer has passed and we are into second winter. When is the road coming? :haha:

Exactly... they know banking on India to counter China is nothing but a stupidity. India is no match for China and it has no prospect of ever becoming powerful enough. It just uses Chinese card to milk the west and use it against Pakistan and smaller countries in the region.
For USA, the best bet is improve relations with China and Pakistan and get over the fever of containing China which is neither possible nor necessary.

I like it. First Pakistanis were a slave to US. Now a slave to China. Cheering for the masters. Bring it ONNNNN....

And you are the biggest slave of USSR, now to US.

Invest in a mirror.

For your info we never signed the Baghdad or the Warsaw pact....... We were the founders of Non aligned Movement... WHen be paid for weapons from USSR, Pakistan after its independence received gifts of weapons(understandable since its new) from US and then was in bed with US to take on USSR in Afghanistan which is biting Pakistan to this day.

We are professional. I dont remember Indian troops fighting for USSR either in Afghanistan or Vietnam or our RAW working for them... Loser... Try harder.

Alot of words to say absolutely nothing. You are slaves and will forever be slaves. Whether to Muslims, British, Russians, US. You know nothing of independence.

Even now, your hate and malice consumes you and blinds your vision.

Your master US is tired of your failures.

We occupied the plateau, where are the Indian soldiers? Right, they got kicked in the butt, retreatd, we downed your million+ dollar imported drone and YOU DID NOTHING.

It's a kilometer of road to a cliff, you expect us to invade you by jumping off cliffs? you exchanged a road with a direct occupation. If we built it, it will just be patrols, but nooooo you had to be the loud mouthed Indians.

Do you think that was smart?:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

He was so embarrassed, he didn't even dare reveal what was agreed with China, all silent. Realise now he is really docile.

You need to smack an Indian in the head when they talk too much, then he will calm down.:china:

Interesting development. Pentagon has realised that India is playing Chinese card too much to get attention but it is not sincere and double-crossing USA on a lot of issues like purchase of advance weapons from Russia and hobnobbing with Iran.

HAHA lovely news lolz lmao.:yay::sarcastic:

USA has realized it's mistake.

and they are famous for playing good cop bad cop too .

Hence, the street tactics are put into the place!!! Gone are the days of diplomacy, negotiations etc.!!!! Results are demanded at the end of each quarter of a year, not after a quarter of a century.....

I have to admit that solitary Kung-fu kick was a game changer....

Pentagon is pressurizing trump to settle relationship with Pakistan and we can expect news in upcoming time that trump invites Imran khan in USA a visit.

These are all dots connecting to it.
Exactly. The Hindu fascist regime relies on constant victories and success to maintain its life and the truth of its cause. This is simply untenable.

The whole world, including India, now realizes how shallow Modi is. However the Hindutva mob is perfectly content with persecuting minorities, destroying mosques, and mob lynchings.
@JohnWick
India Rapid Reaction Cell (RRC) is no longer needed now as India has signed LEMOA, COMCASA & BECA will be signed soon too which makes India's defence purchases from USA smoother with no red tape.
Before India signed them India needed help of RRC to help the defence deals navigate through complex red tape of Washington DC.
After this deals and India's new STA-1 status, RRC is obsolete as India now buys weapons directly through DSCA like all western allies.

So this move is sign of improving US-India ties.

There are rumours going about that Putin might invite IK to Moscow. This will certainly raise alarm bells in Washington, and all the wrong noises coming out from American establishment against Pakistan, this might add significance.

Who knows, they may want to pre-empt Moscow advances. Time is running out though.

There is always a difference between the policies of Pentagon and the white house when it comes to subcontinent.
I hope it is true news...Relation between nation and countries are strengthened by mutual reapect for its inherent social, economic and political behaviour.
If US expect India to be a hired gun like some other nation was used to be in our neighborhood, then it will not work out.
And also...it is not India's problem what US think about us..

And again....if really US want to work against China...they can work with Pakistan military who can be a bridge to build relationship with China..

Lol.... I dont care what the CCP trolls like you propagate... Read the article again... It has built roads North Doklam region which was traditionally under its occupation. Not a single brick has been laid in the place where confrontation took place... Got 50 cents? Should work harder now...
