Firstly you should waste sensor and dedectors of APS from .50 or 30mm rapid fire . Having blocked APS, you would be able to destroy tank by ATGMs.

Also Electronic Warfare will be improved against APSs. Soon we will see tanks with ElectroMagneticGun turrets which can shadow enemy tank systems.

I dont expect it could withstand bigger than .50 calibers. Maybe until .50 caliber can resist, but 30x173mm is even lethal for MBTs chassis armour.
We will see.

beside USA army tank can Egypt, Saudi etc other M1 user add this system to there Tank? if they want to add this active protection system, does they need israeli permission or only need usa approval..........?

Having lost own APS, the tanks would be naked target for ATGMs or even RPGs until they use 120mm gun.

APS differ usually in their task.
While Trophy is made for Urban Warfare, Some APS like Israeli Iron Fist, Turkish Akkor, Arena and more are made mostly for tank vs tank sort of war.
Also, some APS combine both of them, and are in phase of development like Trophy 2
