It is imperative that the following course of action be initiated immediately in the country.

1) Constitution to go in suspension while the national assembly is dissolved and a national government instated to provide stability and infrastructure for elections to be held in 2023 for a mandate of legislating and upgrading the constitution to meet the needs of the 21st century.

2) War Efforts: A Kashmir cabinet to be formed as one last resort to give the post modern world one chance to awake their conscience on Kashmir.

3) Auditing of the last 2 governments formed after Charter of Democracy was introduced along with the current government.

It is considered a matter of grave urgency and shall take into affect on delivery of this statement.
