Come on man there was just one news that IK is going to be arrested after his Liaqat bag jalsa and then everyone witnessed what happened. In fact even Khan sb did not knew at the time what was happening outside his residence and he was getting prepared for the arrest. Before that, in elections in Punjab, despite massive rigging and ghunda gardi of pMLN who was also in power, PTI won because of the people who came out and protected their vote. If people would not have been with Khan, rest assured he would have been put to Gallos long ago.

I am just talking about numbers... ya a huge crowd may have turned up, but relative to population of Pakistan, it was a lackluster response. As I mentioned elsewhere, people in UK came in larger numbers to protest against the Iraq war, and this was something happening in another country, and UK has a much smaller population than Pakistan.

A oil/gas pipeline via China should be built for the long run; transit trade revenue for Pakistan as well as more options to buy oil/gas.

In the mean time, can current Pakistani government work with Russia and China to have Pakistan buy from Russia with China as the intermediary and shipping to Pakistan via tankers?

Can the Sharif government get this done during the meeting in Uzbekistan?

Europe is still buying from Russia via China, why not Pakistan?
