This problem can be solved very easy, however globalist marxist-pan-islamists are dancing to the tunes of separatists, they have put education minister under pressure and in parliament separatists dare to talk about schools teaching kids in unofficial languages. In Iran separatists are free to organize meetings, burn Iranian flag, chant slogans against national security and Iranian identity (arabian gulf chants in statiums, carrying FSA flags). However globalists marxist-pan-islamists will attacj any nationalist gathering around tomb of Cyrus the great for example. I've studied these separatists, they enjoy the status quo because they fear Iranian nationalism. They tremble from Iranian nationalists.

1. Just settle the so called minority regions with Lur and persian speaking peoples and bring the minorities to central regions.
2. Start an all out/non-stop war against separatists in their own soil (Iraq). Everyday missiles should be fired towards northern Iraq.
3. Waterflow and transfer of electricity should completely be stopped towards Iraq, visa-free travel between Iran and Iraq should directly be cancelled till Iraqi army takes measures and either kills kdpi, pak, komoleh members or hands them over to Iran or sends them to europe and usa .
4. If Iraqi army keeps allowing attacks against Iran by the northern-Iraq backed separatist groups, Iran should start a complete invasion of northern Iraq, clearing villages on the border, creating a 50-100 km buffer zone/occupation zone in northern Iraq. In this zone no village or human should be allowed to exist except Iranian military. Best option is using local Iraqi groups for this task.
5. Civil war among armed Iraqi Kurdish groups should be created. KDPI, Komoleh will be sucked into this civil war and will kill and will be killed.
6. Create a non-islamic nationalist militia consisting out of Iranian Kurds, Lurs, Persian sistanis who have experience with fighting in mountainous regions. Let them be active in Iraqi and Iranian Kurdistan
7. Set up Nationalist Assyrian militia and let them fight against Iraqi Kurdish groups, become protector of Iraqi christians.
8. Media and soft warfare against separatism: KRG should be called "KRG regime" in the media and separatism should be mentioned in schoolbooks as what they were: ghazi mohammad was a soviet agent, sheikh khazal was a british agent. Their Murders by Pahlavi father and son should be mentioned as a measure to protect Iran against treason, civil war and separatism.
9. Barzani will offer his wife and daughters in exchange for peace even if Iran carries out 10% of these measures.

Fact is Kurdish terrorists just do hit and run attacks on IRGC patrols. They don’t have the capacity to engage in long drawn out battles, that is not to their advantage.

these monkeys measure "battles" (cowardly hit and runs) in minutes. They would never dare to engage in a 3 hour battle. most people caught on quick.... bunch of terrorist rats got stuffed trying to attack a post, and had to create fantasy propaganda to keep morale up.

well on 1 side you have uniformed national soldiers defending their sovereign UN recognized territory that has been part of the nation for 3000 years~.

It's the PUK (whom are allied to Iran) that house the PJAK, Barzani is less relevant to all of this they're more relevant to Turkey. PUK and their Peshmerga are responsible for security of that area, if you want them to secure it you should pressure them. That said if you want to pressure Baghdad to take it then that sounds great to me.

Effective short-term, problem in the long-term. This has been used in Turkey (village guards) and Iraq during Saddam https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Defense_Battalions_(Iraq). When you create a mostly Kurdish force and arm them you just set up an organized Kurdish militia, their loyalty towards a certain regime is not ensured permanently.

Like for examples in the 1970s they claimed that they killed 1000 Iraqi soldiers why they just lost 50?!!

Like even the us in Vietnam and Soviet in Afghanistan has less deaths agains gurillas so how come militias with rifles have less deaths than an army with all kind of weapons?!
