I think you know it quite well despite achieving 8% gdp growth driven by service sector ... India is still a poverty stricken country where 37-78% people live below poverty line. So any knowledge person will not prefer to go to India.

This news article of 1971 ... of India said that 1971 war was costing pakistan 60 million USD a month when it was actively involved in the war... there claiming like Indis spent 35 billion usd in the war when India was involved in the war only in the last 13 days... is not only funny but ridiculous also.

Pakistan is spending almost 55% of its fiscal outlay on the defense, and the cost of military operations in the East alone runs to $60million a month.

no one asked for aid... the minister said due to bangladesh's drive against ULFA india will be about to save around 7 billion usd per year that they used to cobat ULFA. From that savings now India should give 2 billion usd.

Majority of them are hindus who did not preferred to return after 1971 war ....but that number was 1.5 million. Apart from that there was no migration... N it was just a pretext by the radical hindu orgs to target bengali muslims so that they can oppress them for vote bank politics.

I think its a good opportunity for India...

India shopuld really use this opportunity to get a harder anti seperatists drive from BD...just treat BD like a paid employee in a incentive based job...every time a wanted separatists is caught(and verified it to be the same person), BD gets paid according to the rank of the person arrested....so basically you want money start arresting them now....and if Boss india gets impressed, you also get a bonus.
