Locals are seldom visionary, due to restricted/limited exposure while growing. When you move out, you see more of the world, learn more things, whole perspective of events/lifestyle/methods change.

We desperately need them. They are more talented, experienced and visionary.

Actually most of them have Pakistani parents who are born and raised their and have lived their entire life abroad. The ones that leave gain a vast amount of experience abroad.
