Just a minor suggestion perhaps it should be best to pin the badges for ladies on the shoulder just saying looks a bit awkward pining it on the boosom

Sorry just had to say it looks awkward

Certainly after the award is pined on arm they can later adjust it themselves on their chest areas in next official ceremony

It is less awkward to pin it on shoulder area

I think in retro Girl guides (similar to boy scouts) they used to have the badge arranegements on the sleeves

I just thought it looks kinda cool to have the achivements on arm

Also a detachable ribbon is quite trendy , you detach the ribbon hand to superior , they attach the award on it , and hand it back ceremony completed

I was thinking the exact thing, it takes some pinching and pulling to pin the badge with the senior officer having to keep on looking at the "area". I think both the senior officer and the recipient officer must feel awkward.
